The Pittsburgh Diamond Dawgs move into their new winter home in December 2009. The Dawgs will now call the Greentree Sportsplex home. The Sportsplex contains Western Pa s largest indoor baseball diamond. The Diamond measures 165' by 150'. This is twice the size of our old facility. The sportsplex also contains 6 batting cages, 2 pitching tunnels and a comprehensive drill area.
As the Dawgs continue to reinforce our position as the areas top travel baseball program we needed a facility that offered us the size to conduct full scale, detailed indoor practice sessions. The Greentree Sports plex gives us that option
